What we receive
If you send a parts inquiry, you may include your name, email address, company, destination, requested parts, quantities, and a message. We use these details to identify what you need, review the parts you describe, and reply.
Including a part number, unit code, or photo of the original component usually makes a request easier to assess. You do not need to add unrelated personal details.
How the form and analytics work
The inquiry form is processed through Web3Forms so your submission can be delivered and answered. The website also uses Google Analytics 4 to see overall visits and conversion activity. GA4 does not receive the fields you type into the form; it records events such as a completed inquiry submission rather than the contents of your parts request.
Asking about your information
To ask about information you have sent, email [email protected] and describe the inquiry or submission you mean so it can be located and reviewed.
For details about sending an inquiry, see the contact page. If you are preparing a new parts request, the inquiry page explains the reference fields that keep a request clear.
